Promotions
The Rockdale Chamber of Commerce promotes its members in the following ways.

Business Referrals
We receive thousands of inquiries each year requesting information about Rockdale and our area businesses, professionals, services and other establishments. We answer each one promptly, directing business only to our chamber members.

Brochures & Information
We publish numerous brochures and pamphlets promoting area businesses, cultural activities, shopping, restaurants, recreational opportunities and points of interest.

Ribbon Cuttings
If you are a member and have opened a new business or relocate to a new site, we will host a ribbon cutting absolutely free. Board members, Chamber members and Chamber Ambassadors are invited to participate, and the local media will be on hand for pictures.

Visibility
The chamber provides members visibility through yearly highlights in our newspaper column and on the local radio station's chamber report.

Advertising
The chamber offers the following advertising benefits to its members:

• If your business sends over 200 pieces of identical advertisements, you may use the chamber bulk mail permit. This saves you approximately five cents per piece of mail, plus the permit fee of $100 per year.
• The chamber membership roster is available on disk, labels or lists. Copies are available for $10 to all chamber members, if you provide the labels or disks.
• The official detailed map of Rockdale features only chamber members and is the only map we distribute.
